Reservations require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday at the time of booking.
The deposit is deducted from the final bill if the holiday has been taken in full (article 1590 of French Common Law).
If any amendments are made to the original booking after it has been confirmed, in particular early departure, all nights previously booked will be invoiced and must be paid for in full.
